Ducati Desmosedici Valentino Rossi
By the official test session to be held at the Sepang circuit, Malaysia next February 1 to 3, on Wednesday (26 January) Valentino Rossi yesterday held a special test at the Misano circuit. Private test was conducted to determine how ready the physical condition of The Doctor. Because of the strict rules of test MotoGP, Rossi did not use but a DucatiDesmosedici GP11 1198 .

Ducati Monster 696 2008
Ducati Monster 696 is the 2008 generation of the Ducati Monster line of motorcycles. It was announced in November 2007 and includes some improvements in ergonomics including the lowest seat height of any Ducati. Weight has been reduced 5 kg (11 lb) on the previous model, the Monster 695. It was officially launched in early April 2008 in Barcelona.

The initials MV stood for Meccanica, or mechanics, Verghera, the city in Italy where the first MV's were made. The company manufactured small-displacement, Café racer style motorcycles (mostly 125 to 150 cc) through the 1950s and 1960s. In the 1960s small motorcycle sales declined, and MV started producing larger displacement cycles in more limited quantities. A 250 cc, and later a 350 cc twin were produced, and a 600 cc four-cylinder evolved into a 750 cc.

Ducati 1098 Fastest Bike
The Ducati 1098 shares more design elements with the older 998 than with its predecessor the 999, such as horizontally placed headlights and a non-integrated exhaust system. Another carryover from its 916/998 heritage is the single-sided swingarm.
